Preemie Hareem Romper and hat set

There is plenty of room in this style of romper for all types of nappies. 

This is made to fit a 18-19 inch preemie baby and measure 14 inch from shoulder to cuff. The cuff can be turned up which gives a 13.5 inch measurement.

wash on a 30 degree cycle

Air dry, do not tumble.

Iron on a medium to hot steam setting.
